Jennifer graduated with a Bachelors degree in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, where she golfed competitively as a member of the NCAA Cal Women's Golf Team. After subsequent studies at Stanford University and Harvard University, she lived in Shanghai, China, before returning to the US to earn her real estate license in 2005.

Prior to 2011, Jennifer was Founder of three entrepreneurial ventures & selected as Top 40 Female Founders by Jason Calacanis for his esteemed Founder University. To this day, the LOH SISTERS brokerage framework is heavily influenced by her startup experiences, tech methodologies & resources.

For over a decade, Jennifer has advised investors & management clients in various capacities; most notably, as a Leased Investment Specialist. Her commanding knowledge of local markets are driven by executing thousands of multifamily leases, all of which have proven invaluable to her brokerage & asset management endeavors.

In 2019, Jennifer earned her CA Broker's License and transitioned to multifamily sales with a specific focus on serving individual, family-owned and fiduciary-managed portfolios.

Since 2020, she has closed over $40MM in transactions, representing both Buyers & Sellers on and off-market all while completing the rigorous CCIM curriculum.

In 2023, Jennifer was one of three Northern California commercial real estate professionals to successfully pass the national CCIM exam. As an official CCIM Designee, she joins the esteemed CCIM Institute - globally regarded as the industry’s highest designation & gold standard in commercial real estate.

Jennifer enjoys playing “relaxed golf” with family & friends, and collecting wine from all over the world (she loves cult cabernets & white burgundy). She & her partner reside in Oakland & Napa, California with their dog, Tucker.
