Jillian graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Davis. Immediately upon graduating in 2005, she earned her real estate salesperson license & joined the family business, LOH Realty & Investments.

During her first year, she earned her brokers license & the rigorous CCIM designation. The following year, she earned her CPM® credential to enhance her knowledge & broaden her professional resources.

Since 2005, Jillian has been dedicated to growing the family’s legacy as Partner & CFO of LOH Realty & Wellington Property Company. Under her leadership, she oversees the company’s $500M portfolio which includes multifamily & commercial assets for individual investors, families, and the City of Oakland.

She is actively involved in the Oakland community, and holds board seats with Oakland Rotary, Make-A-Wish Foundation & Children’s Fairyland.

Jillian enjoys spending time with her husband & two children, and her new puppy, Hank. She and her family are reside in Walnut Creek, California.
